View Case Study[02]The Origin Story

Station No. 1. Where I spent countless hours learning to listen before entering tech.
“I spent seven years behind a barber chair, learning that great experiences come from listening closely.”
People don't always know how to articulate their frustrations. Behind the chair, they might say “just clean it up a bit” when they actually want to feel confident for an interview. In product design, they might ask for a new button when what they actually need is a completely redesigned information architecture.
Today I bring that same listening rigor and obsessive attention to detail to digital products. I design clean, highly intentional systems that make complex, messy workflows feel clear and effortless.
[03]How I Work
Listen First
Uncover the real intent. I interview users and operators, mapping existing behaviors before opening design files.
Systems Thinking
Every component belongs to a larger ecosystem. I design robust schemas and patterns that scale effectively.
Sweat the Details
The spacing, the microcopy, the cutting edge. A fraction of an inch really does matter. Details separate good from exceptional.
Measure Impact
A design only succeeds if it moves real business metrics and reduces human friction. I validate continuously with data.
[04]Craft Inventory
Equipped to guide projects from a blank file to a shipped build.
I work comfortably mapping complex systems and coordinating across disciplines with engineers to ensure intent never gets lost in translation.
